Mick, well what can I say you was like a Uncle to me. Always phoning me up and having a chat on the phone, coming around for a drink before going home to Jeannette. You was the first person to call me on the day of the 7/7 London bombings to see if my Mum is ok so thoughtful of you. When you was working at the Football abroad and England was playing you got me Michael Owen's water bottle and the massive posters of Michael Owen that was up in the England Hotel I still have them what are you like always getting up to something. If my Dad couldn't pick me up from the airport you said you would which you did which is so kind of you. Then there was the Cruises we went on you made me laugh so much. You was such a loving and caring bloke and there isn't many of them around anymore. Anyway until we meet again Michael RIP love ya xx

Hey Brother What happened? Caught up with you the day before you flew out to Canada and you looked terrific. So sad that you came back the way you did. You were the most popular of riggers. Knew the job inside out never missed an opportunity to help someone who was struggling. Without doubt one of the funniest people I ever met. It was always a pleasure to work with you Mick. Ain't never going to forget you bro'. Begin to imagine how your family feels right now. All I can do is say how much you will be missed good buddy more than you knew probably. Be thinking of you often old friend. Sadly I won 't be able to make the day mate. I'll be in New Zealand from 30th September. to 31st of October. Suffice it to say I'll be thinking of you on the 7th. If I can get away, I'll find somewhere quiet and raise a glass to you and your family. Be assured, when I leave, I shall leave something in NZ which will be forever MICKEY MOORE. Luv ya buddy. As we pass along life's highway we meet many people fleetingly. Some stay in memory and you were one of those. An all round good guy, a nice person, and it was my privilege to have had your acquaintance. RIP Mick, taken too soon.
